The DNA nanoshot based on tetrahedral framework nucleic acids was encapsulated within pH-responsive enteric capsules. This enabled the oral delivery of siRNA targeting galcetin-3 and showed excellent gastric stability and intestinal penetration to ameliorate liver fibrosis. This mode provides a potential strategy with oral siRNA delivery for chronic diseases.
